Another week has passed in Norway and we have som nice fishing material for you. We have a couple of film clips and some nice pictures also.

The fishing is in general good, with good hatchings and good fishing. Some places are most likely praying for rain, but we are not in crisis yet, and by the looks of the forecast we are getting rain this week. River keeper Hein Van Aar from  Kvennan Fly Fishing have made this video report and he is also telling us of good fishing.

Fishspot author and filmmaker Anders Dahl Eriksen have been to Unsetåa river in Rendalen municipality and made som filmwork together with fly fishing enthusiast Øystein Solstad.
– This is my first time at this river and i must say i find it very interesting. It´s small, intimate and few people are at the river. At the beginning we struggled with only finding small fish, but after some stealthy moves on the bank we found several big fish with biggest up to 1,5 kilo. The low water level and the gin clear water made the fish, and in particular the big fish, extremely easily spooked. We did not hook up any big fish, but we now know they are there. The river is easily accessible and a good challenge on big fish.

A group of keen fly fishermen calling themselves Trutta Gutta have been to the Rena river and made som filming. After the Rena visit they went further north and visited Engerdal, Sømåa og Hola.  Kick back and enjoy the film form their trip.
