Jake enjoys targeting large predatory trout, preferably with a streamer and a sink line, and preferably while drifting a river. Originally from Idaho USA, Jake grew up floating, fly-fishing, and guiding the Snake and Salmon Rivers utilizing a wide variety of techniques in all seasons.

Blending American and Scandinavian fly tying and streamer-fishing techniques has led to a solid amount 2-6 kilo trout finding their way into the net since Jake moved to Norway 5 years ago.
