The group of friends going by the name of “Grøftoterne” (Ditch otters), have now left legendary Vangrøfta river for home, and as previous years they leave a series of fantastic pictures.

Any fishing in Vangrøfta will have you in a waiting game for the fish to rise.

But every now and then – the bliss of a fat Vangrøfta fish in in your hands

This fat pig of  a trout is what one often hears about when Vangrøfta is spoken about, but they are rarely documented. However there are some proper big ones like this in the river. here Sigbjørn have really succeeded. This fish is very close to the magical 3 kilo mark, but slightly under belive it or not.

Several fish of good proportions was landed.
