Vestsjøberget Flyfishing now offers an exceptionally varied stretch of Trysilelva. Here you will find both calmer sections that are perfect for dry fly fishing, and faster sections perfect for nymphing and streamer fishing. This stretch of river is rented out along with very nice cabin, which accommodates 8 guests. Self service.

Located on the southern section of Trysilelva, this section is roughly 6.5 kilometers long and is new from 2019. Locally known as “Plassøra”, this is a relatively shallow stretch just north of Plassen on Trysilelva, and is easily wadeable. Plassøra is known as one of the absolute best dry fly stretches on the southern portion of Trysilelva, and Vestsjøberget Flyfishing is proud to include this stretch in their fly-fishing zone.
