Vangrøfta, also known as «Skrukka» among many dedicated fishermen following the popular film “Tørrfluelandet” (Dry fly land) from Nilssen and company, is a river that simply must be experienced! A small slow flowing mountain river, far north in Innlandet County, with fat trout and varied insect life, offers many exciting fishing opportunities.

Vangrøfta isn’t necessarily a river where it’s easy to catch big fish. However, anglers can experience excellent dry fly fishing here, and there are many big fish to be found.

Get your fishing license here while they last! And remember that you need to be quick, because licenses here have a tendency to sell out like fresh baked bread. In Vangrøfta there is a limit of 10 licenses per day.
