From the seter (lodge) grass planes there are two marked trails that lead to this special area. The lodge is near to the Ryantjønna lakes, about 8 km fra Lonåsen in Tunndalen valley and about two miles north of Tynset.  Trout is the only species in the Ryantjønna lake and it is covered by the “Tynset joint fishing area” fishing license.

The lodge has beds for 8 persons. It has all the necessary facilities for cooking. It has a gas stove and solar panel electricity. The water must be carried in from a creek 4o meters outside the lodge.
