Heggebotthytta is an easily accessible adventure base with a good standard and a view of lake Heggebottvatnet and Breheimen National Park. The cabin is available for both shorter and longer periods and is located in Skjåk.

Heggebotthytta lies west of Bismo, along RV 15. The cabin is an excellent starting point for day trips both to Lom, Galdhøpiggen, Sognefjellet, or westwards towards Geiranger and Stryn. Otherwise you will find endless fishing opportunities in Skjåk. In Heggebottvatnet, right next to the cabin, you will also find a boat available for rental.

The Heggebotthytta is a cozy cabin with room for 5 people. It consists of a living room with a sofa group, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need for your stay, and an electric oven and refrigerator. A large bathroom has a water heater and plenty of room for drying clothes and equipment. In addition to this you will find a separate bedroom with bunk beds.

At the cabin you will also find a large veranda with good lighting, perfect for summer evenings overlooking the lake and the mountains in the sunset.

The cabin is easily accessible via car with good parking.
