In this addition of  “Fishspot report”  the following  has happened: The Rakkenes boys have made us a film and some pictures form their “Ten rivers trip” project. We also have an update form the “Ditch otters” who have been fishing the Vangrøfta river, and we have a piece from upper Glomma by Kvennan Fly Fishing , and of course an update from Sel in Gudbrandsdalslågen.

This trout is from  Atna or Folldal.

in the Vangrøftdalen (valley) in Dalsbygda, the “Ditch Otters” are doing their normal summer routine. Waiting for the hatching to start – a spinner, have gotten a complete new meaning. Pictures: Grøftoterne.

Regardless the fishing action, fish is still consumed. This is dry cod.

The trees and waters are full of green silk worms fallen of the birch threes  Vangrøfta.

Celebrate good times

The Otters always have a game of krokett by the bank to lighten up the waiting game.

Olav Otter must of course sport his new fishing bag sponsor. “Joker” is a light, sturdy and solid bag that improves his fishing, Olav says.
