This fish is also well above a meter. Ouside of the Galtsjøen lake can also fish the stream Isterfossen, Galtstrømmen and Galthodet in close proximity to Galten Gård (Accommodation and food). The fishing is governed by the Engerdal mountain board and you can boy the license for the whole area here.
Gjerfloen Fly Fishing on the Trysil river have had a lot more visitors in 2015 than before. The fishing has not been as good as previous years and the cold summer, rain and wind is mostly to blame for that. The daily average catch has been two fish pr day so far, as apposed to 3,7 fish last year.
There is a good number of fish on Gjerfloen Fly Fishing, and a dryer and warmer autumn will yield at better catch.
Jonas Nordigårds have also made a visit to Harsjøen in Rendalen, and made good work of that.
