Guided tours to the Geitvassdalen Valley

Geitvatnet Lake is located in the middle of Hardangervidda National Park, and is well known for its consistently good trout fishing. We start the trip with a short boat ride across Mårvatn lake, where upon arrival at Mårbu Seter and Fjellstue we will be served a good old-fashioned homemade meal. The next day the trip will continue in to Geitvatnet. Over the course of the next days we will explore Geitvassdalen and the many unique fishing opportunities it has to offer.

Our guide Jan Petter has worked as a host at Mårbu, and is engaged in the food community in Numedal. You can rest assured that this will be a trip filled with plenty of local knowledge and plenty of tasty local food.
